Your Checkbook provides access to expenditures by County departments under the
Leon County Board of County Commissioners. Access can be further refined to specific
divisions in a department.
Expenditures are categorized as Purchasing Card (P-Card) transactions and journal entries. Images of invoices, checks and supporting
documentation are available by clicking the blue underlined invoice or check number.
Expenditures go back five full fiscal years (October through September) including
the current year. Information is current to the previous business day's transactions.
